Which is an effective combination with Nizoral 1% shampoo/

So ive recently started my hair treatment to stop my hair thinning more ,
mine is just thinning on the first 2 inches of the front, and slightly receeded

So ive already started the Nizoral 1% shampoo - twice a week

but as theres so many creams, i dont know which is most successful to stop hair thinning

I dont want to take meds, so any opinions on creams please?
