which dr is best? hasson and wong? rahal? feller? armani?

Depends on your individual situation.
But those are some of the best surgeons in the world, so it'd be hard to go wrong with any of them although personally I think Armani is too expensive.

I would stay far away from Armani, all thise super packed hailrines are going to be nightmares in about 10 years.
