Which blockers are not systemically absorbed?

I know there was some research a few years ago in the development of an internal (pill) androgen blocker that would only target the hair follicle. Anyone who has any idea of what happened to that?

Which other blockers or anti-androgens are there that are not absorbed systemically?

Things such as RU or topical spironolactone. It should be noted though that topical spironolactone is absorbed but not to the greatest of extents.

I've never heard of an internal antiandrogen (pill) that supposedly would only "target" hair follicles. Where on earth did you hear about THAT?? :)

Better stick with topical antiandrogens like topical spironolactone or (if you can get it and afford it) RU58841. Topical spironolactone would appear to be the best overall, although it's certainly not a perfect solution.
