where would I be on the norwood scale ?

I'm not sure if I'd be a norwood 2, because I do have a bit of a baldpatch and I have recession. Norwood 3's recession seems a bit deep.

I would say somewhere between 2 and 2A in the front and a 5 in the back... or do you have to be slick bald to be classified on the norwood scale?

I have a tiny 3V or smaller thin spot in the back and i hate it. Stands out so easily because of the contrast of hair to scalp. I hope it thickens up a bit... come on proscar!

i hate using the word lucky but i would say u were kinda as u dont seem to have a receeding hairline. i do and thats a real pain in the *** as its the hardest to grow back and the most noticible

noorur, to be honest, your hair line is a high NW2 or Norwood 2.5.
but your vertex and back is looking like Norwood 4.
But the good news is that it is not completely lost.
Using finasteride will help you gain hairs if you lost them recently.
Why are using revi? no use if you are already using finasteride.
If you already use finasteride, minoxidil will be the best possible addition and will work well in the areas you are losing hair.

around the crown, its not slick and smooth, there are thin hairs growing there. So, I guess my hairloss isn't severe enough to be in the norwood scale ?

another question for you guys, do you have to be slick and shiny in certain parts of the scalp to be in the norwood scale ? my receeding hairlines just occured last year, weird, isn't it ?
