Where will I end up - using finasteride / Min

Hi all

I've been taking the finasteride every day, and recently added micro-needling in the past few weeks. Not sure why I didn't start sooner, but it does seem to be having an effect in the temples. I'm curious as to where people think i may end up.

It feels a bit like my crown is taking a long time, and while I'm certainty getting growth up there, it's far short of what I've seen of others, and may never end up with full coverage. I'm around 10 months in, and I can still see lots of wispy miniaturised hairs there. It's improved quite a bit.

At some point I'm thinking of getting a hair transplant (at least for the temples) but I'm not sure if I've stabilised or recovered enough of my hair to make it work.

What do you guys think?

Do you think the crown will recover further. Is it a matter of being patient, or is this a case for a hair transplant or simply giving up the ghost?

This was my situation in Mid-March when i started on Finasteride and minoxidil.

This is my hair right now. I can see there's certainly been a thickening of the hair. Particularly at the front where it looks a lot better. My temples are still pretty week although I am seeing increased baby hairs from micro needling.

You may need to add minoxidil to bring that crown back, plus more frequent microneedling. But ten months is still not max potential, you may see more improvement.

I'd add something to compete with testosterone and a growth stimulant topically.
