Where to order finasteride/dutasteride online in EU?

It is against forum rules to advise on self-medicating without a prescription, due to liability issues. I'm not sure how the healthcare system works there in Estonia, but is it easy or difficult to get a prescription for finasteride/dutasteride? Would your GP prescribe it to you if you asked?

Have you tried in local pharmacies?
I buy proscar here in bulgaria from almost any pharmacy, and they don't bother asking me for a prescription.
and it's 3-4 times cheaper than buying from online sources, and i avoid the risk of getting scammed with fake pills.
