Hey everyone,

I've been using Propecia for 4 months and hairloss has completely stopped.
However two weeks ago I noticed in the shower that my hair started falling again and it totally sucks. It's not that bad as befoer Propcia but still...
i'm 24 btw.. and where I live, those months are between winter to summer and maybe it helps hairloss or whatever...

Anyway, I was thinking maybe Propecia doesn't work properly for me because It's being unproperly stored.
I put in on the closet in my room, which is something more than 30 degrees Celsius. The closet is dry and I assume the temprature is more comfortable there than in the room. Also, the pills haven't changed shape or color, and also don't smell weird or anything.
You think I ruined it?
Why am I experiencing hairloss again? is it normal?

Thanks for your help...

Information from packet:
Store Propecia at room temperature, between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom.

Most likely you are just experiencing a minor shed, your hair is reacting to the propecia by having synchronized shedding periods, take it as a good sign! The propecia isn’t losing effectiveness, just ride it out for a few weeks, up to 2 months. The hair you have lost will return.

Should I be experiencing sheds every transitional period every year actually?

In theory yes, as finasteride causes the hair follicles to reach the Telogen phase at the same time, whereas naturally without meds, the hair reaches this phase at different times spread throughout the year.
