Where do I buy Azaleic Acid cream?

I really want to try this product and combine it with Rogaine foam. Maybe apply it before the Minoxidil, but I can't seem to find the cream anywhere except for on Amazon. Why is that? I want to buy it from somewhere using PayPal.

Also should I get the 10% or 20% formula? I'm not sure. Have any of you tried this product?

I'm also interested in this. Someone got positive results by using azaleic acid, not mixed with minoxidil?
