Where can I order finasteride from? / a few question

Im currently in the gulf, and I would like to know where I can order finasteride from online, without a presription?
Also, what dose should I get on?
I want to start with something relatively low, which I know may reduce the effectiveness of finasteride a bit, but also gives me less chances of sides.
