When will Dutasteride be approved for male pattern baldness??

Everyones always going on about Dutasteride to treat hairloss but does anyone actually know when it will be approved for male pattern baldness?

I want to take it but i am worried about the side effects so i will wait for it to be approved.

The half-life is only an issue if you immediatly had to stop the drug.
The problem with dutasteride is not the half-life or the fact that it inhibits 90 instead of 70% of DHT production ... the problem is that 5aRI is in the brain. :freaked2:
