Night time is good coz DHT is high at the time....Doesn't matter if its with or without food but lots of water

if DHT is high at that time then it means it's already been converted from T, therefore finasteride can't touch it

I prefer morning on empty stomach right when I get out of bed with a glass of water. I then shower and get ready for my day then eat breakfast last and go.
