When To Switch To dutasteride (annoying Word Count)

I've been on finasteride 5mg a day for about a month now. Not long but quite like to know when I should switch to dutasteride if I don't see results? If finasteride 5mg didn't work for me, what dosage of dutasteride would I have to try?
