When is the right time to consider surgery?

I have been on Finpecia/Fincar for about a year and 6 months. It seems I have been able to maintain what I had when I started, or at least it has slowed my hair loss to a great degree. I am wondering when would the best time be to consider surgery. I am a Norwood 4-5 and 33yo.

If the finasteride is working like you say I'd say now is a good time for you.
