Your hair looks different in these pics---is it shorter or wet?

I guess i have too fking much sebum in my head..thats probably made it look dark

Okay, does that mean it isn't wet/gelled?

You can see most guys scalps in that area when the hair is short and esp when there is hair product in the hair. It is by no means BALDING. You are already on Finasteride, what else do you want people to tell you?

Doesn't the crown look getting big or too big for a guy in his early 19..and what about the right side where you can literally see the whole scalp( the hair isn't that short)

I have seen your pictures you either have nutrition related thinning or DUPA the hair on your sides does not look normal, you should get a scalp biopsy

Isn't this typical male pattern baldness?

No,normal mbp is recession, there is then diffuse thinning wich is usually more aggressive and then unpatterned diffuse (dupa) wich is the worst because it tends to hit sides and back of the head and generally is just a disaster.

Try buzzing your hair to 1/4 inch,if you notice uneven density in the top anf sides compared to the donor area, its a bad sign.

Could extremely sebum production almost all the time cause any of these?

I don't understand why your scalp produces so much sebum.
When I started Finasteride and Spironolactone, and replaced them with Bicalutamide after the fourth month, I was losing density till the ninth month of anti-androgen treatment. But I didn't quit it and now it's much better. I just completed my first year.
Whatever you do, don't quit anti-androgens. If they can't benefit your hair, they won't harm it either, for the least.

Not sure if this is your situation. But Eating a lot of junk food with bad fats will make much more sebum. . Try eating healthier
