They're different descriptions of the same drugs. 5AR inhibitor is what it does, DHT blocker is the result of this. In other words, inhibit the 5AR enzyme, and what you get is a blocking of the body's ability to convert testosterone to DHT

Neither, they’re the same thing, inhibitor the cause, DHT blocking the effect. The only guaranteed safe thing for your junk is to stay away.

I don't think finasteride/Duta causes ED... it just kills your libido (which makes you not want to use your dick) couple that with the lack of morning wood (another known side effect) and all that eventually leads to zero blood flow = that is when your dick dies

I think we should be careful with this, it CAN kill your libido, but statistically speaking, it's unlikely to. I see many people worried about the side effects. They have this perception that everyone who takes it has some form of sexual dysfunction. But the studies show that the odds are very low of this happening, and even the control groups experienced some form of it, suggesting some of these symptoms are placebo driven anyway. Let's not feed the fear mongering.

You are right, "kill" is an overstatement. The last thing I want to do is scare people into not seeking treatment. The point I was trying to make is; keep your dick active at all times
