I've been reading some pretty good things about derma rollers, particularly when combined with minoxidil or essential oils. What are your experiences using one? What needle size did you use and did you see regrowth?
I'm not actually planning to combine it with minoxidil myself, because I like the outdoors and often go several days on hiking trips. Using minoxidil seems like too big of a mess for me, even more with the fact that it's notorious for causing sheds when you get on it and once you stop using it. I hope to use something like lavender or castor oil, so I'd appreciate someone sharing experiences with a similar regimen.
