Whats the big deal about gyno?

Basically what does it matter...as I understand it can be cut out to get a fully or almost flat appearance...so in all honesty does it matter if gyno does hit you? Personally I already have mild gyno and started on finasteride...I noticed mild pressure in my chest, but it all went away approx btwn week 6 and 7...That is it started week 6 but was gone by week 7 or so.

Pseudeogynecomastia is the build-up of fat around the breast area.

Dude in my opinion gyno is even more aestethically worrysome that balding. But that might just be me. I have spend too much time in the gym to let gyno destroy my physical appearance.
And surgery is not THAT simple. A surgeon will still need to cut you up and remove tissue from your body with whatever risk that includes.
