what's the best way to ingest propecia/finasteride

I know this has been asked many times before but i can't find the answer with the search function. Sorry.

Should i take it before, after or while eating?

Should i ingest it with a lot of water or just a little?

Is taking it at a regular time important or rather insignificant?

Just get it down your throat. Anytime of day with or without food.
I take it with my morning coffee.

I take mine between 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. .. depends on when I get up (I have a wierd schedule currently).

Empty stomach = better absorbtion from my understanding ?

As I mentioned in my post further down the page, if finasteride has the effect of making you feel somewhat fatigued or depressed, then taking it when I get home from work or later in the day tends to make my days feel more normal. I find the side effects to be most noticeable in the hours immediately after taking it, thus, waiting until the evening when I'm tired from work anyway makes sense. This way you don't drag during the day at work. If you are a student, I would take it right before going to bed, so the pill has been in your system a good 8 or 9 hours by the time you wake up the next day. This works for me with this side effect.
