What's The Best Way To Cut finasteride Pills

Thats not true. Your hair still looks really good, especially for 28/29 (forget the age). It all depends on how fast you are losing hair. At any age it can be pretty aggressive, just the younger you are the more likely it is that it will be. Even though I continued to lose hair on finasteride and didn't respond super well, I would without a doubt take it if I were you. Most people at least maintain over 5 years. The depression from hair loss is honestly pretty brutal when you know you cannot pull off a shaved head. Once my hair gets worse, if no successful treatments come out soon, I am going to have to get a hair piece, and I am dreading it so much. If it is important to you to keep your hair (aka you don't look good bald), then taking this drug is worth it. Keep us updated on your situation though.

And for me I usually just bite the pills in half (took 2.5mg for a while cuz it was super cheap and was too lazy to use a pill cutter), but a pill cutter would probs be smarter. They're really cheap.

Hey thx for your message I'm probably getting a hair piece as well when Im older they look so real I just hope they are comfortable to wear and dont feel too itchy I wish you all the best with growing your hair back

Yeah hoping something comes out soon. Can make my hair look pretty good everywhere except the hairline, specifically the forelock area (thinning too much), no crown bald spot so thats good. Probs gonna continue with .5mg finasteride daily til I feel I need to take the plunge and get a hair piece. They definitely look good and real, my big concern is the maintenance. Before hair loss I would have been completely against hair pieces as well, but see it as my only viable option at this point. If I got found out by some of my friends or girls I would be mortified. Also don't like the idea of having to shave my head to put it on. I know how horrible I would looked without hair (my head shape is awful for a buzz cut or shaved head), and don't want to have to see what it looks like every time I have to re-apply the system.
