Been lurking on this site for a couple weeks now, thinking on getting on finasteride but i cant afford propecia.

Hello,
I buy my generic Propecia from an online pharmacy - DutyPharmacy. It is called Prosteride and is produced by Centurion Laboratories. And I agree generics are much more cheaper, but the effect is the same.

Costco is the safest/cheapest and you don't need a Costco membership. They charge $36 for a three month supply of generic finasteride without membership or $33 for a three month supply with membership.

Target has a $9 for 30 tablets deal for generic proscar. I got my half year supply of finasteride for $15

Finasteride is all the same. It's all the same chemical so I'm not sure why you think one might be 'best'. I've used probably a half dozen different brands and they're all the same.

I full heartedly agree with beaner. It would be best if you can get it from a legitmate pharmacy instead of an online pharmacy(quality and safety issues). Generic finasteride is actually really really cheap compared to propecia and there should be no differences between the two. for a 4 month supply, it is 120 with a coupon. You can even cut those into smaller pills without sacrificing much efficacy.
