whats the best surgery out there?

like the question says,is hair transplant the one where they pull hair from the back of your head and place it on top? if so,how effective is this? sorry im really busy with work and i never had time to go to a doctor or even research it much,is it a permanet solution once you do it? any answers would be much appreciated!!

I think breast implants have done more to create happiness for mankind than any other kind of cosmetic procedure. I'd have to say thats the best cosmetic surgery procedure that has ever been performed.


There are alot of happy husbands due to this procedure.
