Whats the best Saw Palmetto extract to get?

I'm ditching finasteride due to alot of problems I've had over the last year culmunating in Gyno. I'm planning an all topical regimen including Fluridil, Revivogen, spironolactone and minoxidil.

I'm thinking of getting on Saw Palmetto as its fairly cheap, and although won't be as potent as finasteride at lowering DHT, might have some benefits.

Can anyone recommend the best Capsules. Don't want to spend loads.
