Whats after rogaine?

I am using a combination of rogaine and finasteride at the moment and it is maintaining well. I was wondering, what is the next step up after rogaine liquid? I was thinking about topical spironolactone. Also, since it has been over a year on finasteride, is it time to give dutasteride a try?
