Whats a smart move for me?

Hey everyone, im going to write a little about me quickly so you can get an idea of where im at.

- 20 years old
- diffuse thinner
- decided to shave head (I shave it every 2-3 days)
- temples very thin
- top thin but not gone
- sides okay
- back okay


I'm a bit a*** about everything on my head being even, so basically what I came here to ask was that I want to be able to keep the shadow and stubble of hair on my head. I dont mind shaving, but I dont want to have my hair loss going into the direction of a halo effect.

Will I still have to take the big 3 if I just want these sorts of results?

You are basically correct. The only way to maintain your current hair is to do something about it. IE: Big 3
