What would you do if xandrox.coms order never came to you?

I have been buying products off of DR Lee for 4 years. Well the last order I never recieved! 100 dollar bottle of xandrox 15%. I cant just buy from somewhere else because ive been using this product so long and dont want to switch! But im starting to get the feeling it got lost in the mail or something because its been weeks and weeks and it never got here. It usually comes to me within 1 week as I live in Canada. I was told that if i did not request insurance they would not be liable for giving me a refund! Well the problem is I dont wanna wait, I want the product as soon as possible as ive run out and hate living without it.

What would you do? make another order EVEN THOUGH they charged you for a bottle on your credit card already? They Gave me a customs slip number which doesnt tell me anything since its not a tracking number! :lost:

I would email Dr Lee and ask him where your Xandrox is, and if he can replace it if it was lost. Don't you think that should be your first step?

dr proctor sent me a new nano order after my last one got lost in the post - no questions asked....the FOOOOOL! muwahahahaha!

no it was lost really, i just emailed him.i think he waited until the second time and when he saw i was serious about it he sent me another one. dr lee should do the same.
