What Would Be The Option(s) In My Case?

Dealing with hair loss for ages, almost all my life that I can remember. I’ve had a hair transplant as FUE years ago - I guess at least 6-7 years ago if I can remember right.

So, at 34 years old it has started to bother me once more and I’d like to ask for your opinions what would be my options in current state? Another transplant or start with finasteride & min ?
