You quys may have noticed that I haven't been around in a while. I'm just trying to make hair loss the last worry on my mind, and concentrate on things that I may have left last in priority due to hairloss for the past 2-3 years (My business, responsabilities, etc...). Well, holding down my hairline and crown to the point that they no longer thin or recede has been a monumental achievement for me.

I continually try to stay on course with my regimen, since it is priceless for my and my appearance. My regimen has been kept pretty much simple and effective for the past year, consisting of Rogaine 5%, Saw Palmetto, Grape Seed Plus, and a combination of Nizoral/Progaine shampoos. I also believe that my short haircuts have contributed imensly to my sucess since they allow me to get the products right onto the scalp without a hassle, as well as allow me to monitor my progress closely...

Just checking in to let you guys know that I am still alive and fighting the monster of male pattern baldness. How are you guys doing? Hit me up!

hey xzel

has this possibility ever crossed your mind:

that you aren't even balding - i remember your photos showing that you had receding temples- but that alone does not necessarily indicate male pattern baldness. Receding temples are normal for most guys and lots of the time they stop receding as soon as their mature hairline has developed.

maybe that's you- and you could be pissing away all this money for nothing, just so you'll continue to look pretty? If you're on all that medication and drugs, you're probably spending somewhere around $1000 per year, probably more.

what a colossal waste, especially if you're not really losing your hair!

get off the drugs for a few weeks/months and see what happens- if you continue to recede past that point, then get back on them, because you already know they work for you- you wouldn't be sacrificing anything by doing this and you might just possibly realize you don't need to be on all this medication for nothing

Make up your mind Booley. In another post, you rant that we are all losing our hair to male pattern baldness. Here you are suggesting, well maybe not.]

Which one is it??

The only thing that changes are the names of the posters. Everything else is cyclical.
