There are no differences between brands. Either it is real or fake. Sounds like yours was real. Buy Merk Propecia if you want to reward them for paying for phaseIII trials. But if you are a really poor college student, I can understand you buying from India.
If you are going to rip Merk off, you might as well save as much on Indian generics as possible. Get Fincar or some other 5mg pill, and cut it in 4ths with a pill cutter. You'll save $20 per month and could even send some of that to Merk.
