What type of hairs do balding men see in their pillows/showers?

Do they have a white dot (for black-hair men) on one end? Or are both ends of the fallen hair black and normal?

Are they short (shorter than your hair length) or are they long (approximately equal to your hair length, or a little bit shorter)?

Are they thin or thick?T

They are neither short nor long, nor thick nor strong. They may be black or white or invisible to sight. If blunt or bland, each broken strand, when held in hand, may never be eaten with green eggs and ham.

Seriously though, most telogen hairs will have a small white bulb on the end. Nothing to worry about. If you start losing an abnormal amount of hair and al of them have this bulb, it could be Telogen Effluvium. Anagen hairs will be tapered on end.
