If you could only add ONE more treatment to the Big 3 to give it a boost, what would it be and why?

I'd add a "4".

Edit: Perhaps not so helpful, but I don't know what the "big 3" comprise. If you'd spent all of two seconds to type the three agents to which you're referring, it'd be easier for people to offer suggestions.

Topical treatment with essential oils is a must.

Why: it will stop escessive hair loss (well it did for me) and will stimulate new growth.

How: start with a good base oil (Emu, Jojoba, borage seed) Get 1 ounce, then add 3 drops of the following: lavender, cedarwood, rosemary.
Apply to the head after a shower. Wash out after an hour or let it stay on all night.

I personnaly start with the topical Shen Min as a base oil. It has a lot of good ingredients. I also add some copper peptides. I'vs been using this for a few months. My hair loss is very minimal now.

I'd add Copper Peptides, an exercise regmen or some other "personal time" with which to manage stress, and focus on your nutrition.

I would definatley add copper peptides. They are part of my own "big 3":
Propecia, Nizoral and Tricomin

JWM if the Big 3 was:-

1. finasteride
2. minoxidil
3. nizoral

I would add CP's.

If the Big 3 was:-

1. dutasteride
2. minoxidil
3. nizoral

I would add 5% spironolactone or Fluridil.
