What time is best for taking DHT inhibitors?

For those who successfully maintain their hair, what time do you usually takes yours regimen? just waking up? after breakfast? before or after lunch or dinner?

Do you take them all in one shot of glass?

the reason i ask is because i saw dosages on some products that recommend taking them on an empty stomach in the morning and evening
