I’m already taking niacin, oral castor oil, and beta sitosterol. Don’t wanna use aspirin. What else can I add to slow my shedding down?

Nothing if you mean phytochemicals, vitamins or minerals unless you want to add prostaglandins but that is usually a dead-end.I’m already taking niacin, oral castor oil, and beta sitosterol. Don’t wanna use aspirin. What else can I add to slow my shedding down?

Dang! Ok! My shedding is pretty brutal again! It was under control for a while after starting dutasteride. Then started again. Then niacin stoped it for about 2-3 weeks, but it started up again. I just checked just now and some people say it can work against your hair meds
