What stage is my hairloss at? Advice saught

Looking for some avice as to what stage my hairloss is at.

The pics I have attahce is with my hair pulle back so as to get a real picture as to my hairline sits. I am 24 years old currently os propecia and rogaine.

Any avice/ thoughts woul be greatly appreciated.

About NW3- but your hair looks in good shape apart from the recession. The style in your last pic does a decent job of hiding the recession.
