Proscar 5mg (cut into 4ths or 1/5ths )

Rogaine FOAM 2X a day

Nizoral 2 % 2-3 X a week.

Best of luck!

I don't deal with Spectral,Rogaine Foam is proven,I'd stick with the 3 I described it's your best chance to grow some and halt the loss,my advice is just that spectral could be better, but I go with PROVEN methods, from FDA not using exisiting products and adding stuff to it,alot of companies CLAIM to be better than rogaine foam or even rogaine but when you look at their ingredients it's alot of stuff but the true ingredient that is there is MINOXIDIL (rogaine),this is the catch we all know rogaine/minoxidil works.. so everyone hopes the added stuff will work not really noting that minoxidil is doing all the work, not to say spectral doesn't work but go with the 3 FDA approved products you will be much happier, down the road you don't feel you've reached enough progress you can add other stuff... but start out with a proven regimen... hope you follow this advice, and all of this avice means nothing if you don't 100 % apply 2X a day and take the pill every day and wash the hair 2-3 a week (Nizoral) the other days you can use any decent shampoo/conditioner... CONSISTENCY is KEY

i would stay away from spectral dnc's stuff.... they think because of the kitchen sink thrown into it they can hike up the price. with no proven results on what they have

Hey I think you just need to make a clear choice, either do it or don't,I'm glad you're doing your homework before doing all of this, but you must realize this is a very good site, but for every good story you hear there are 100000 bad ones people who have had success usually don't come back or if they do they respond very little... my advice is go on it,also stay away from the boards, not everyone is in their right mind but on the internet you read something and suddenly you have it ... it's much safer and time will go by MUCH quicker if you start treament and just relax and let time pass by.. reading daily about things won't help you,I think you know the answer "The Big 3" choose yes and be 100 % compliant and odds are you can get decent results,or choose to read side effects that MAY or MAY NOT be true... as helpful this board is .. lots of people who make it just as bad.. come by like every 3 months... and check the boards... don't read every side effect everyone has from here you will run away from every drug!

Best of luck,
Rich
