Hello,

I live in the US and have been trying to find Nizoral. Are there other options that people are able to find easier?

The reason I'm looking for it is because my scalp itches for a little bit nearly every day. I don't even know that I'm itching it until it's bad (when I eat spicy food or start sweating). I've been experiencing hair loss for a few years now, and it's really starting to get to me. The most annoying part is the itch that I get. I also get dandruff when I don't use head and shoulders.

I also thought about starting with Rogaine foam, so I ordered some, but have not started.

ok well alot of questions were asked here

what type of shampoo should you use????
--well using nizoral couldn't hurt 2-3 times a week

for other days i recommend a product without SLS'

personally i use Dr. bronner's peppermint

now before you get on the minoxidil route, consider that minoxidil is only a temporary solution......meaning it has nothing to do with the root of the problem (the conversion of testosterone to DHT)

finasteride inhibits a percentage of testosterone to DHT

keep in mind, im not a doctor and you should consult a doctor prior to taking any form of medication, this may include the use minoxidil
