What Norwood Scale Would I Be? And Should I Buzz My Hair?

Hello, I do not know if this is the appropriate spot but I was curious what Norwood class I would fall under I have tried Rogaine but I'm currently at a deployed location and will not be able to purchase it for some time. Also I have read that if you get to Norwood 4 or above there really is no more hope and should consider shave/buzz haircut, which I am ok with just want to make sure I'm not jumping the gun. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
