I screwed up. 25 now, hoping by 27 I can have a good head of hair with big 3 plus transplant.

Or maybe I'll even get a hair system though I would feel weird about wearing one, lol.

Diffused nw2.5 I would say. You are not too far gone. Are you on the big 3? Get on the big 3 for a year and then based off that judge if a transplant is an option.
