what norwood is my cousin?, NW2, NW2.5

No one of my cousins are bald but this cousin and his brother have developed mature hairlines, this cousin in particular has very thick hair. He is 42 years old, is he a NW2 OR NW2.5?, any ideas?

I'd personally say he's more like a Norwood 3. But he's got very thick hair though :woot:

Your cousin is an NW3, that is the exact manner in which i am losing my hair, though im only at the NW2 stage, where he has lost hair to the sides of his hairline is where mine is thinning, upon a consultation with a hair transplant dr recently he explained to me this is how it would progress, though he was only confirming what I already knew.

Am I NW2 or NW2.5, or even a NW3? My long-term partner claims I am a NW2, having showed her the scale. Like most women, from my experience, she doesn't seem to be aware of 'mild' receding hairlines.

(IMO, rov's cousin is a NW2.5 or NW2.75, but I'm no expert.)

I would say Youre an NW2 but its difficult to be certain as buzzed hair hides miniaturisation
