Been on rogaine and finasteride for 4 months, if i grow my hair longer could it look ok? Or should i stick to shaving my head?

Im not expecting it to look good, just passible. I've been shaving for 7 years but i get bad shaving bumps and am tired of it.

that's an interesting pattern you got there, a good surgeon can easily fix you up. your sides seem to be good for a transplant.

Looks like a great result for 4 months. I think after a few more months you could grow it out and it may look quite decent a bit longer. Continue doing what you'e doing.
