Wouldn’t quite say it’s that bad. My left temple is like a 1.5 at most it’s the right one that has receded further. Probably am starting to recede but the pictures I took were under intense lighting.

That's a full 2. You have the peninsula. It's hard to tell from the pic if you're thinning or not behind the hairline. I think it's an illusion

The good news it's a real f*****g big peninsula. No one outside of a balding forum would say you're balding and you rock basically any hair style. Get on finasteride, maintain, and live a full life good sir

You'd still be a 2. The thinning is very shallow

If you think you aren’t thinning then you’re still firmly in the denial phase. It’s obvious at both temples and in the uneven coverage on the rest of your head. It’s gradual and hard to notice with hair that short, but it’s there.

The military doesn’t have a ban on finasteride. As long as it’s prescribed to you, you’re good to go.
