What Kind Of Sebum Works Best For You Guys?

I’ve been using an unbranded ketoconazol 2% shampoo prescribed by my derm for a bit. I never usually have the itch *knocks on wood*, but I do have quite some sebum. At first I thought it didn’t really do anything, but then when I didn’t use the keto shampoo for a month I saw so much more sebum. Also when hairs fall out, they often have this thick white bulb of sebum attached to it.. My scalp did feel a little bit painful the day after using the shampoo sometimes, but that didn’t really bother me so if it isn’t bad for my hair I don’t really give a crap.

Now, my 2% keto shampoo is empty. What kind do you use and what would you recommend me? Nizoral? Regenpure? Or the prescribed stuff from my derm? Also for what % of keto should I go? Maybe 1% since my scalp hurts sometimes?
