What kind of hairloss do I have?

So I posted some pics a while back ago, and my hair still covers all of my head, but I am pretty convinced I have some hairloss. My hairline is mostly there, but my whole head seems to be thining all over. I think if it continues I won't even be a Norwood 7, probably completely bald because the back of my hair seems to be thining as well as the sides. You will see this in the pictures.

I believe I have some skin irritation so it might be related to that. When I exercise and get really hot, I'll have red rashes all over my skin and this is when my scalp itches all over really bad, as well as my torso and other areas of my body. I will also show you some pictures of the rashes I get after a hot shower or a sudden change in body temperature. Also, as for the back of my head, it itches a lot when I am lying on a pillow, or when I am resting my head on something. Not so much otherwise.

I also had 3 sebeaceous (pillar) cysts surgically removed in April this year, and was supposed to go back to make sure I had no infection. In the end (like an idiot), I did not because I had exams at the time, but I don't think this is it. I intend to make an appointment with a doctor and get this done in the near future though. Also, there is a picture I took over 1 year ago in December 2013 (all the other pictures are less than a month old), and even here I seem to have thin hair and this was before that surgery. I didn't notice at the time, and I think I have had this thin hair for quite a while. I only started to notice because everybody elses hair looks so much thicker than mine. Even guys receeding, where they do have hair, usually it is thicker than my hair.

Ok so here is the side of my head, the back, and the front with fringe. All less than a month old. With the back it doesn't not seem straight.

This is the picture from december 2013. It is under bright light, and I don't think I showered that day so was a bit greasy. Even so it looked thin then

I am 21 (22 in march) as well, if this is relevent.

Also, this is the redness I was talking about after a shower or exercising. (Apologies for the horible view of my torso, I need to hit the gym desperately).

If I'm not mistaken you have what they call a full head of hair, and child bearing hips of peace

shookwun, well my hair has never been thick, but I think it was thicker. I don't know for sure though. I've had an itchy scalp all my life though, even pre puberty. I only just started to use nizoral and it has helped a little with it (before that was using head and shoulders since I was really young). Basically my Mum started me on head and shoulders because of all the dandruff I had when she used to shower me lol. Guess since around 6 or 7 I have used it. Perhaps it is just some skin irritation I have had, who knows. It just seems a bit dead, dry and lacking density.

Do some men just have less density through genetics than others? I know this is the case with women. Near all women have full heads of hair, but the thickness differs from woman to woman. My beard is also patchy (gaps between each follicules). If it is just the case I have finer hair, then it is fine I guess. I just hope it isn't some kind of alopecia or other condition that is causing me to lose hair. Alan Pardrew (crystal palace's manager) has a decent hairline, my kind of hairline, but he lacks a lot of density. I'm sure his hair was thicker and fuller in the past right? Which makes me think he has some kind of hairloss. So I could as well, I guess.

This is the same exact type of hair loss I have, even the body flare ups. I am prone to acne, have had oily scalp/skin and itchy skin all my life. I have no freaking idea what this type of hair loss is called. It definitely is not just typical male pattern baldness since it thins every part of your scalp, even the side and the back. Unfortunately this type of hair loss is way harder to recover from, similar to female pattern baldness. I still have not found a treatment that would work effectively. You and I know the root cause, which is skin irritation/inflammation, but what causes that condition is left as a riddle...

Telogen Efflivum or Diffused Unpatterned Alopecia (DUPA). I have something very similar. Thinning all over even the donor areas and and aggressively on one side of my head. I also have that uneven back hairline, but I am not sure if this is related or just a bad haircut. I went to see my dermatologist and she said i could have both Telogen Effluvium and male pattern baldness. I fear it is DUPA which is essentially the bottom rung of what a man could get in terms of hairloss. Chances of treatments working is cut down drastically like 50% to respond. Can't get a hair transplant cause our hairloss is everywhere. I've read that DHT is not what is causing the shedding in DUPA, but have also read that the only "treatments" are propecia/monoxidil.

Going to give it a year, gets worse and propecia doesn't work. I'm just gonna go bald.

I tried propecia and dht blockers to only figure out they worsen diffuse shedding. It might work for you, but I was devastated.

If you really are thinning at the back of your head aka the donor area, it can't possibly be male pattern baldness. You might be one of the 10 in 10000000 hair loss sufferers where it is something like telogen effluvium, or some kinda deficiency although personally I think you are just being paranoid, because that's a full head of hair if I've ever seen one.
Go see a dermatologist. People who know something about hairloss that isn't male pattern baldness are hard to come by at this forum.
