What is Zix and where can I get it?

classic zix is b6 and zinc in a distilled water delivery system. super zix is the same + other componenets in an alcohol delivery system. It's cheap, you can make it yourself - or now you can buy a kit crom the creator of zix.

from DR lee website, he suggest that B6 might not be able to help hairloss. Zinc and azelaic acid might help. since it is cheap, it might be worth trying.

Dietary Zix???

Thanks for the reply guys! I am thinking about it now, and there is a strong chance that I will add it to my regimen. One question though, what about "Zix" in the diet, will adding B6 and Zinc in the diet be just as good?

i don't think it will help much. it will only help if your diet have so little B6 and Zinc that it the cause of hair loss. from what i read, even if you intake more B6 and Zinc in your diet, it just does not reach where it suppose to go. so applying on your scalp is your best bet.
