To a very minor degree it might, I am not sure. If you use topical, you are getting right to the source of the problem, but orally taken.........your whole entire body will get it but in very small amounts......probably to small to make a difference. If you want, you could do the topical and take the zinc and b6 orally as well. It might make it even better.
