What Is This? I'm Wondering If It's male pattern baldness

I'm eighteen and have been shaving my head for a little while because I started to lose massive amounts of hair.
I was hoping this is telogen but I'm not sure. I've had some regrowth with just vitamins and my loss is uneven and unpatterned.

I noticed spots of loss last year in October. I should also mention during this time it was an incredibly stressful period, I had a horrible diet, and would use caffeine pills/energy drinks to maintain what little energy I had. I kept this diet and started shaving my head and back in March I dropped it, lost weight, and picked up vitamins and started watching my hair.

All of these little hairs started coming back on my temples and filling in ever since March. As well as they've been popping in all over my head.

Then what could it be if it's not male pattern baldness. I can tell theres patches where the hair is less dense or shorter because it's coming back in. I just want an answer really because it doesn't make any sense.

Some people just prefer the buzzed look. My best friend is NW0 at 30 and still shaves his head every 2 months or so.

I guess... OP has a smaller forehead, so it looks great in my opinion.
