Finasteride/minoxidil/Nizoral/Dermastamp is probably the bread and butter to treating your hairloss with a reasonable amount of success. Switching out Finasteride for Dutasteride means a weaker safety profile but a better chance at success. In terms of tested and regulated regulated products, this is all we have.

You could also start down the rabbit hole of testing research chemicals on your scalp. There is the opportunity for further results and many members have found new additions or supplementation to their hairloss regimen but this is at the risk for potential new side effects.

Right so I’ve been on rogaine 1 month and started finestrade today at 1mg alongside regenpure eod looks like this is the best I can basilcllt do then I’ll look into adding a derma roller also ! So has this type of regime stopped your hairloss then and added regrowth ? I think I would save ru for the years to come as I’m only 22

Your regimen sounds good. Please be sure to get a dermastamp over a dermaroller if you are considering needling. The dermaroller has been claimed to tear the skin causing more damage than good. A dermastamp at 1.5mm depth should be sufficient enough to induce follicle neogenesis.

I'm ~5 months into a similar routine but it's dawned on me my hair loss is more aggressive than I first realized. Most forum posters are NW1 or NW2 looking to prevent, maintain, or recover small amounts at their front. I'm a NW2 diffuse thinner with hairline recession and mild retrograde alopecia around my nape and ears so I've got it bad for 24. On treatments I've noticed much less hair fall, some thickening around my midscalp, but slight further miniaturization of the hairline. The hairline miniaturization isn't aggressive enough to be a concern yet, so I'm feeling all right with the maintenance.

Dutasteride
RU 58841
Minoxidil
Nizoral
Dermarolling

Estradiol might also help, I'm not sure.

It blocks the androgen receptor and thus prevents DHT from harming the hair follicle, while having a very low rate of systemic side effects.

You can look up the clinical trials.
