What is the right regimen?

Hi I'm brand new to this site and am looking for the right regimen to begin saving my hair, which is beginning to get thin. I was thinking I would purchase the complete Revivogen system (shampoo, conditioner, and liquid), Rogaine Foam, the S5 cream and Nizoral shampoo. My question is what would be a good routine for these?

I was thinking that when I shower (usually at night), I would use the Revivogen shampoo first, then the conditioner, then put in the liquid and let that sit overnight. I would then use the Rogaine in the morning, but when should I use the S5 cream?

Also, when I use the Nizoral shampoo every 3 days, should that be a substitute for the Revivogen shampoo or in addition to. And if it is in addition to the Revivogen shampoo, when should I use the Nizoral?

Thanks for your help!!

The best regimen is...

1 proven
2 safe
3 affordable
4 easy enough where you will stick to it everyday.

all too often new guys take a bucket of treatments a day starting off that there is no way they can afford over the long run.

all i can suggest is to use FDA approved drugs for hair loss

these include finasteride and MIN

nizoral is not FDA approved but is recommended from people on this site

there you go

Most people start on the Big 3.

Minoxidil 5% twice daily

Finasteride 1 mg per day

Nizoral Shampoo 3 times per week.

I got great results using this and only recently added other treatments into the mix.

Good Luck.

:bravo: THE BIG 3

I would also try neutrogena T-gel shampoo that has tar and zinc in it as it seems to sooth a dry irritated scalp if that should ever arise.

Some who have less hair loss try to hold off on the Minoxidil to see if the Finasteride after a year does the trick.
