My hairline has been trashed and overal thinning while on finasteride so i've moved to dutasteride so i've gone the opposite way which is the norm...go to stronger drug is other is not working.
Changing to finasteride may work as there is certainly something different between these 2 drugs other than just DHT inhibition as continually we see some respond on one yet not on the other.
I think its worth getting a blood/saliva test done on DHT,testosterone,estogen levels to see that the dutasteride you are taking is doing what it should be before you more to less powerful drug.
