What is my hairline doing?

So it's been about 6 months and as you can see in the picture my regimen seems to be growing new hairs. Unfortunately they are very erratically and randomly placed, some are ridiculously far away from my hairline. Is this what regrowth usually looks like because to me this looks very strange. Can I expect all these areas to fill in? I'm also wondering if it would be bad to shave the hairs that are far away from my actual hairline. They look gross just growing in the middle of nowhere.

ya i'd shave or pluck that one on your forehead thats pretty far from your hairline.

I'm not sure if shaving will damage the new hair follicles but I think I'm gonna shave that one and see if it grows back.

We have similar recession. I shave the funky stragglers about every 2 days and will continue to do so unless thick growth comes in.

Shave them, wouldn't pluck it tho.
That would be the minoxidil. Something similar happened to a friend of mine.
