* Acetyl L-Carnitine & Alpha Lipoic Acid can be found in a single capsule.
There's no true need to use the Arginate form of ALC for hair loss. Also instead
of using K-RALA or R-Lipoic Acid. Just use regular Alpha Lipoic Acid that is
found paired with ALC in one single capsule. The ALC/ALA combo works
like this: Take two ALC/ALA capsules with each meal. If you eat three meals,
that will give you 3 grams of Acetyl L-Carnitine and 1.2 grams of Alpha Lipoic
Acid per day. If you take ALA make sure to take 5,000 mcg of Biotin everyday.


* Beta Glucan dosage doesn't have to be that high, to save money take just one
two capsules a day.


* Beta Sitosterol has mounting anecdotal evidence of a libido killer in some users.
If you experience any loss in sex drive, cease it immediately. While Beta Sitosterol
is naturally found in abundance in foods like peanut butter, cashews, almonds, peas,
kidney beans and avocados make note of any changes. Update: Consider
using Nettle Root as indicated above.

I'm no expert on it, but I believe that the top 3 are:

Flax lignans
Beta sitosterol
Green tea

Good luck.
And be careful. Even though we are talking naturals you should be aware that they can have sides. I guess you should be even more careful since you are already on dutasteride. Beta-s is known to cause some libido issues.
But try it out. And let us know if it makes a difference. I might just jump on the bandwagon too.

I have been on IHs regimen for 11 days now. Nothing in hair news. Libido news....Libido has gone high...Yes high...I am horny in the morning, at work, in the night..unfortunately I dont have a GF too . Scary thing is high libido means high Tesosterone implies high DHT...Kindaa scared.

I have been on IHs regimen for 11 days now. Nothing in hair news. Libido news....Libido has gone high...Yes high...I am horny in the morning, at work, in the night..unfortunately I dont have a GF too . Scary thing is high libido means high Tesosterone implies high DHT...Kindaa scared.

High testosterone doesn't have to mean high DHT. On the contrary blocking the conversion of T to DHT would leave you with higher levels of free test.
